Mittlerweile pfeifen es ja die Spatzen von den Dächern: Burial, der große Unbekannte des Dubstep, der seine wahre Identität jahrelang verschleiert hat, lüftet in einem kurzen MySpace-Eintrag sein Geheimnis. Allerdings möchte er kein großes Aufheben um seine waher Identität machen, sondern weiterhin seine Musik für sich sprechen lassen, und kündigt auch gleich ein paar neue Tunes an. Also: Burial heißt im wahren Leben Will Bevan, sieht aus wie auf dem Foto hier, und hat folgendes mitzuteilen:

over the last year the unknown thing become an issue so im not into it any more.
im a lowkey person and i just want to make some tunes, nothing else. my names will bevan, im from south london, im keeping my head down and just going to finish my next album, theres going to be a 12" maybe in the next few weeks too with 4 tunes. hope u like it, i'll try put a tune up later

Die Verschwörungstheorien waren zwar teilweise lustig, aber jetzt wäre das offenbar auch geklärt, und wir können uns wieder auf die Musik konzentrieren. Das sollte der Schritt an die Öffentlichkeit doch bewirken, oder?
