Thanks to Joen who first devised the concept of favatars for Wordpress, to Garvin who kindly integrated this concept into his existing gravatar plugin for S9Y, and - ahem - to me who drafted a first version of the favatar plugin for S9Y, this weblog now supports favatars alongside gravatars in the comments section. This makes me a little bit proud although others did a major part of the work. For those who do not know: S9Y is the great software that unfailingly powers NUMBlog; gravatars and favatars are the little pictures that appear next to your comment if you have a web site with a favicon or if you registered a gravatar.
